Introducing COMFORTIS
A New Green Alternative to flea control...

There is an exciting new FDA approved perscription product on the market called Comfortis that we would like you to know about. This product offers a solution for pet owners who want to avoid the mess and inconvenience of topical flea products, who have children or other pets in the household, or who have dogs with flea allergy dermatitis. Comfortis is available in five sizes : for dog ranging in size from 5lbs to 120lbs and are 14 weeks of age or older. It is an excellent alternative to the topically applied flea products: once a month the chewable, beef flavored tablet is given with food for maximum effectivness. It provides the fastest flea kill of any monthly product on the market, including topical products, as it starts working within 30 minutes and has demonstrated to be 100% effective within 4 hours of administration and lasting 30 days.

Comfortis has also demonstrated excellent safety. Children can immediately touch their canine companion after treatment as there is no transfer of product via the skin. In addition, owners concerned about the environmental impact of flea products can feel confident that the product is safe: it was awarded the Presidential Green Chemistry Award by the EPA in the late 1990s as it was being used successfully in organic farming.
